Therapy for Anxiety, Relationships, Self-esteem & Life Transitions in New York, New Jersey, and Florida

Our Mission:

At Mindfully Me Mental Health Counseling, our mission is to help adults in their 20s and 30s stop losing themselves in relationships and start living with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. We work with people who struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, relationship anxiety, and burnout from constantly putting others first. Therapy is a space where you can explore your needs without guilt, strengthen your voice, and build healthier, more secure relationships. You deserve relationships that feel mutual, balanced, and aligned with who you truly are.

Imagine this…

You wake up without immediately worrying about who you might disappoint today. You can say no without overwhelming guilt. You trust your needs, communicate them clearly, and feel confident setting healthy boundaries at work and in your relationships. Instead of people-pleasing, overcommitting, and feeling burned out, you experience balanced, secure relationships built on mutual respect. Through therapy for anxiety, codependency, low self-esteem, and relationship stress, you can break unhealthy patterns, reduce burnout, and build lasting self-worth — so your life feels aligned, empowered, and truly your own

Make These Changes Your Reality.

Therapy for People-Pleasers, Relationship Anxiety, and Burnout

We provide virtual therapy for adults in their 20s and 30s who struggle with people-pleasing, setting boundaries, relationship anxiety, codependency, and burnout. Many of our clients are high-functioning young professionals who appear capable and dependable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, resentful, or emotionally exhausted underneath. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy, we focus on strengthening self-esteem, improving communication skills, and building secure, healthy relationships.

Specialties include:

  • People-Pleasing & Codependency: Learn how to stop overextending yourself, break unhealthy relationship patterns, and reduce the guilt that comes with saying no.

  • Boundaries & Communication Skills: Develop assertiveness, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthy boundaries in dating, friendships, family, and the workplace.

  • Relationship Anxiety & Attachment Patterns: Understand anxious attachment, overthinking, fear of abandonment, and why you may lose yourself in relationships.

  • Burnout & Workplace Stress: Address chronic stress, overcommitment, perfectionism, and high-functioning anxiety that lead to emotional exhaustion.

  • Low Self-Esteem & Self-Worth: Quiet your inner critic, build confidence, and learn to trust your needs and decisions.

  • Young Adults & Young Professionals: Navigate dating, long-term relationships, life transitions, and identity development with clarity and confidence.

This work is about helping you stop shrinking to keep the peace — and start building balanced, secure relationships where your needs matter too.
