Therapy Services

Relationship
Issues

Our relationship therapy services help individuals navigate communication challenges, boundary setting, and patterns like people-pleasing, dating anxiety, and social disconnection. We focus on understanding attachment styles, past experiences, and core beliefs that shape your relationships.

Whether you’re struggling to express your needs, feeling anxious in relationships, or healing from relational trauma, therapy helps you build healthier communication, strengthen your sense of self, and create more secure, balanced connections.

Anxiety, Depression, &
Perfectionism

Support for anxiety, depression, and perfectionism, including persistent overthinking, self-doubt, emotional burnout, and feeling stuck in negative thought patterns. We help you understand how these patterns develop, manage stress more effectively, and reduce the pressure to constantly “get it right.”

Through therapy, you’ll learn healthier coping strategies, improve time management, and build a more balanced, compassionate relationship with yourself—so you can feel more in control, emotionally grounded, and confident in your daily life.

Self-Esteem &
Confidence

Support and tools for building self-esteem and confidence, especially if you struggle with self-doubt, negative self-talk, or constantly seeking external validation. We help you understand the root of these patterns, including past experiences and core beliefs that impact how you see yourself.

Through therapy, you’ll learn to challenge critical thoughts, develop self-trust, and feel more secure in your decisions. The goal is to help you build a stronger sense of self so you can show up more confidently in your relationships, work, and everyday life.

Trauma Support

Trauma-informed therapy for healing from past experiences, including EMDR and other evidence-based approaches. We help you process trauma, regulate your nervous system, reduce emotional triggers, and restore a sense of safety and self-trust.

Therapy focuses on understanding how past experiences impact thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building resilience, emotional regulation skills, and confidence to navigate relationships and daily life with greater stability and empowerment.

Pregnancy & Miscarriage Support

Support for women experiencing pregnancy loss or miscarriage, helping navigate the profound emotional impact that often includes grief, guilt, sadness, anxiety, and confusion. Losing a pregnancy can feel isolating and overwhelming, and the emotional effects may touch many areas of life, including relationships, self-esteem, and future planning.

Our therapy provides a compassionate, safe space to process your loss, honor your experience, and work through complex feelings. We help you develop healthy coping strategies, rebuild emotional resilience, and find self-compassion, supporting you in moving toward healing, understanding, and a renewed sense of emotional balance.

Additional
Areas of Support

Comprehensive therapy support for navigating life transitions, career challenges, infertility, and women’s health concerns, as well as grief, loss, and stress management. We also provide guidance for behavioral challenges, developing coping skills, and managing school or work-related stress.

Additional support includes working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring or navigating gender identity, helping clients build self-acceptance, resilience, and confidence. Therapy focuses on practical strategies and emotional processing to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.

Telehealth Therapy

Mindfully Me MHC primarily offers secure virtual therapy sessions, allowing clients to receive support from the comfort of their home or office. Research shows telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy, ensuring consistent and accessible care.

How we work with clients

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns and build practical coping tools

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to support you in moving toward what matters most, even in the presence of difficult emotions

  • Psychodynamic Therapy – to explore deeper patterns, past experiences, and unconscious dynamics that may be impacting how you feel and relate today

  • Parts Work (IFS-informed) – to help you understand and work with different “parts” of yourself with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment

  • Mindfulness-based practices – to increase grounding, awareness, and emotional regulation in daily life

  • Trauma-informed care – to ensure therapy feels safe, paced, and collaborative

  • Person-centered therapy – to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and understood

We recognize that each person’s experiences, needs, and goals are unique. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we work together to tailor treatment in a way that is clinically informed, individualized, and responsive to what feels most helpful for you.

Service Fees:

Initial session/Intake (55-60 min): $250

Follow up sessions (45 min): $200/session

We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to support accessibility. If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out to discuss availability and options.

EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy

What is EMDR Therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. Instead of only talking about the past, EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or stuck in the nervous system.

Many people seek EMDR for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, and negative core beliefs that continue to impact daily life. Through guided bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tapping—the brain can access its natural ability to heal, reducing emotional intensity and helping clients feel more grounded and in control.

A SimpleWay to Understand EMDR:

Think of your mind like a filing system. Most memories get properly stored over time, but traumatic experiences can feel like files left open and scattered. EMDR helps the brain reprocess and “file” these memories correctly, reducing their emotional intensity so they no longer disrupt your daily life.

Is EMDR Right for You?

EMDR can be especially helpful if you feel stuck, easily triggered by past experiences, or frustrated that traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully resolved certain patterns. This structured and collaborative approach helps the nervous system process unresolved memories so they lose their emotional charge, allowing you to respond to life with greater calm, confidence, and emotional balance.
