Hi, I’m Danielle, a Licensed Therapist supporting young adults who feel overwhelmed in relationships, drained from overgiving, and unsure how to advocate for themselves. Many of my clients are in their 20s and 30s navigating dating, career stress, family expectations, and the pressure to always “have it together.”

As a first-generation American and eldest daughter, I understand the weight of responsibility, cultural expectations, and perfectionism. I know how easy it is to prioritize achievement while ignoring your own emotional needs. My work focuses on helping you slow down, understand the roots of self-doubt, and develop a stronger sense of identity and direction.

I integrate evidence-based therapy with EMDR to help clients process past experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, and shift long-standing beliefs that keep them stuck. I’m intuitive and skilled at noticing what’s beneath the surface, helping you see yourself with more clarity and compassion. Clients often share that our work gives them meaningful insight and lasting relief.

  • I’m an animal and nature lover
  • I have a chocolate lab puppy name Mousse
  • I speak Hebrew 
  • I love working out and my favorite form of movement is long outdoor walks (preferably at Disney World!)
  • I enjoy watching reality TV (Vanderpump rules, Real Housewives, Jersey Shore reruns), and will rewatch the Harry Potter movie series infinite amount of times
  • My favorite food is a nice summer cheeseburger straight off the grill
