Welcome! I’m Danielle, a Licensed Therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and the unique experience of being a first-generation American and college graduate.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to feel different, stuck in perfectionism, or constantly battling anxious thoughts. Growing up as a first-generation American, I often felt caught between cultures, struggling to meet high expectations while feeling like I didn’t quite fit in. Anxiety and self-doubt followed me everywhere—until I discovered the power of therapy and mind-body healing.
Through my own journey, I learned how past experiences shape present patterns and how powerful it can be to connect with both the mind and body. That’s why my approach to therapy goes beyond just talking—I incorporate Brainspotting, a powerful tool that helps process and release deep emotional blocks stored in the body. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, Brainspotting can help you find clarity, relief, and healing at a deeper level.

I’m an animal and nature lover
I speak Hebrew
I love working out and my favorite form of movement is long outdoor walks (preferably at Disney World!)
I enjoy watching reality TV (Vanderpump rules, Real Housewives, Jersey Shore reruns), and will rewatch the Harry Potter movie series infinite amount of times
My favorite food is a nice summer cheeseburger straight off the grill
I enjoy learning about health, nutrition, and natural remedies for healing and maintaining daily health and wellness
