Telehealth Services:
At this time, Mindfully Me MHC primarily offers telehealth services through our secure and easy to use video platform which we will walk you through during our free 15-minute consultation. This allows us the ability to offer you the support you need from the convenience of your home or office. If you are feeling overwhelmed by current events, we encourage you to schedule a secure video appointment with us! Research shows that virtual sessions can be just as effective as in-person appointments, and we can continue your care without interruption.
*Please note that in a virtual private practice setting, clinicians assess for risk and may refer a client to a higher level of care if they are presenting as a safety risk for themselves or others*
Insurance Information
In-Network:
Mindfully Me MHC is currently partnered with the following insurance providers:
Aetna
United Healthcare
Out-of-network:
Mindfully Me MHC is an out-of-network provider for insurances that are not listed above. This means that payment in full is due at the time of service. During our consultation, we will discuss any insurance information to verify your benefits. A fully coded receipt, or Superbill, will be provided if you wish to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement or application toward your deductible. By doing so, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company based on your specific plan's out-of-network coverage. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do you know if you have mental health insurance benefits? Contact your insurance provider to determine this information. If the answer is yes, then determine:
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many therapy sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session/ what is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health?
Is approval required from my primary care physician or an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?
Are tele-health sessions included in these benefits?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement? (Claims are forms that are sent to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for sessions you paid for out of pocket.)
We can accept most insurance plans out-of-network based on your individual plan's coverage.

The Process:
The cost of your mental health and emotional well-being is priceless. As an out-of-network provider, this allows us to have the flexibility of meeting your unique needs without any restrictions. Please contact us to discuss our fees.
15- minute consultation call-FREE
First, we briefly get acquainted and determine if Mindfully Me MHC is a good fit for you and your needs! We would like to get to know a little about you and what brings you to want to begin therapy services.
50-55 minute Intake/Evaluation Session
Next, if we are the right fit, we schedule time to further explore what brings you on your therapeutic journey, discuss your background, establish goals, and develop a plan to help meet those goals.
30 minute or 45 minute follow-up sessions
Then, based on our intake and decided schedule, we collaboratively work together to discuss any challenges, unpack any emotions, work towards the goals established, and routinely measure progress.
*While Mindfully Me MHC values and highlights the benefits of therapy, we do understand there may be certain barriers to seeking services. Because of this, we make it our priority to assess individual needs. We encourage you to discuss this with us at the time of consultation.*
Attendance Policy:
Please remember to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance.
You will be responsible to pay $115 (intake or follow-up) if you do not attend a scheduled session or do not contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule.
We understand that schedules may change and adjustments need to be made. Our therapist's time and client's time are valuable and we hope this will not be an issue for existing and future clients and appreciate your understanding and compliance.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance or do not use their insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
